Art-Net

Art-Net is a protocol for transmitting the lighting control protocol DMX512 and its extensions RDM (Remote Device Management) over Ethernet networks. Developed by Artistic Licence, Art-Net is designed to address the limitations of DMX512, particularly its restricted channel capacity, by taking advantage of the high bandwidth and scalability of Ethernet technology.
